✅ Warranty on All Our Jewelry
At Tienda de Joyeros, we want you to be happy with your purchase. All our jewelry comes with a warranty, and if you need to make an exchange, here’s how it works:
📌 Exchange Conditions
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with its original packaging and tags.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We do not offer refunds, but we provide store credit so you can choose another item.
- To apply for store credit or an exchange, you must return the original product.
🔄 Exchange for Manufacturing Defects
If your jewelry has a manufacturing or quality defect, please email us at [email protected] with:
✉️ Subject: ORDER NUMBER + YOUR FULL NAME
📸 Attach photos of the product to speed up the process
Once we review your request, we’ll arrange for the item to be returned. After we receive it, you can choose:
✔ The same product (subject to availability).
✔ Store credit for the same value to select another piece.
⚠ Important
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
